Facilities, construction, and property programs run into the same problem over and over: the people managing the money and the people doing the work aren't always the same people checking the work. RTL Consulting fills that gap — an independent set of eyes with no stake in cutting corners, reporting straight to the agency, investor, or homeowner footing the bill.
We work across the full lifecycle: planning before contracts are signed, oversight while work is underway, and documentation when it's time to close the file.
Meet the founder
Anthony is a veteran of the United States Air Force and the founder of RTL Consulting. He started the company to help government agencies and everyday people manage their projects — getting the best price without sacrificing quality. As a NORMI-certified Mold Assessor, his focus is making sure people know exactly what's in their home and can live there without worrying about their health. He is certified through NORMI as a Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator and through InterNACHI as a Certified Professional Inspector, and brings years of military housing experience alongside major commercial work — including $6M+ in projects for North County Transit District, from design through closeout, and school district work securing bonds and building and renovating schools.
